Unsere neue Residenz (Einweihung Mai 2003) befindet sich am Gardasee und nur wenige Schritte vom breiten Strand und hauseigene Strandwiese entfernt, inmitten des gepflegten und sämtlich umzäunten Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Lang der gegenüberliegende Seepromenade erreicht man nach einem Km nördlich den Dorfzentrum von Castelletto di Brenzone wo Banken, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Zeitungs- und Tabakladen, Restaurants, Pizzerie, Bar, u.a. Geschäften den malerischen Fischerhafen einschließen.
Das Apartmenthaus, mit offener Sicht zum See und Strand, verfügt über 7 komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen wo wir einen besonderen Wert auf die Einrichtung und Möblierung gegeben haben. Ein geschlossener Parkplatz (teils überdacht und teils im Freiem) und eine Garage (mit wenige Plätze) stehen ebenso unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Il Residence “ Al Lido” si trova a circa un chilometro dal centro abitato, Castelletto di Brenzone ( caratteristico paese di lago dove potrete trovare buoni ristoranti e negozi di vario genere) e a soli 30 metri dal lago, la cui splendida vista si gode da tutti i nostri appartamenti.
L’ambiente tranquillo e famigliare, assicurano una vacanza all’insegna del relax .

Our new residence (opened in May 2003) is situated on Lake Garda, only a short distance from a wide beach, and a meadow (belonging to the residence) in an area of well-kept gardens with olive trees. Along the lake promenade, only one kilometre to the north, is the village of Castelletto, where banks, grocer’s shops, newspaper and tobacconist’s, restaurants bars and other shops cluster around the picturesque fishing harbour.
In the apartment block with its unobstructed view of the lake and the beach, there are seven fully-equipped holiday apartments, in which we have paid great attention to the furnishings and fittings. An enclosed car park, partly roofed, and a garage with a few parking places are also available for our guests.
